Contact messages
If you write to us through the form, we use your name, email address and message to reply and handle your enquiry. Providing these details is voluntary, although we may be unable to reply without them.
Legal basis and recipients
We process the information to respond to your request and take steps you ask us to take. The form is provided by Netlify Forms, which processes and stores submissions for the association and sends a notification to its contact email. External services
We do not sell contact form data. Netlify receives it to operate the form. The SociableKIT Instagram feed is optional and only loads after you accept; its technologies are described in the cookies section.
Retention
Messages are retained in Netlify Forms and the association's email while needed to reply and follow up, then deleted when no longer needed, unless retention is required by law or to handle claims. The association should periodically review and delete closed submissions. Netlify Forms submission management.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability by emailing [email protected]. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency: AEPD.
